How does it work?

Our process is straightforward, and we appreciate the value of your time.

Step one

Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page with as many details as possible to help us craft your ideal itinerary. Once we receive your request, we’ll set up a Zoom call to discuss the trip you envision. If you’re happy with our plan, we’ll send over a service contract for your review and signature along with instructions on payment of the drafting fee*.

Step two

After we receive the signed contract, we’ll create a custom itinerary and send you a draft to review and provide any additional input.

Based on your chosen package, you’ll have options for adjustments: one revision with the Basic package, two to three with the Plus package, and unlimited revisions with the Elite package. Additional changes for the Basic and Plus packages are available for an extra $50 usd per revision.

Step three

Once you’re satisfied with your itinerary, we’ll email you the full PDF along with an invoice and bank transfer details. If you prefer to pay via PayPal, we can arrange that as well.

*A drafting fee of $100 is required upon agreement following the Zoom call. This fee is included in each package and is necessary to proceed with the process.

For instance, the Basic package is priced at $200. After the drafting fee is paid, only $100 remains to be settled.
